Cancellation & No-Show: To respect the time and energy of both clients and therapist, the following cancellation policy is in place:
- Same-day cancellation (including reschedule on the day of the appointment) will be charged 50% of the service fee.
- No-shows or appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- This policy applies equally to clients and therapists. Just as your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, I also commit to honoring scheduled sessions. In the rare event that I need to reschedule the same day, you will be offered priority rescheduling and a 50% discount for the inconvenience.
