About Me: Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and for your interest in Kneading Synergy. I have always considered myself a fixer. Understanding problems, creating a plan of action, and seeing results is what fulfills me. In 2018 I began practicing massage therapy and was quickly drawn to medical massage techniques to support healing from chronic and acute injuries.
I completed my Bachelors of Science in Integrative Health from Arizona State University and believe in the importance of healing physically and emotionally. Reiki helped me in my own personal healing journey, allowing me to hold space for others as they heal.
In 2023, I moved from Las Vegas to the Atlanta area with my wife and our two dogs. We have been enjoying exploring beautiful Georgia, buying our first home in Riverdale and bringing two cats into our expanding family. I am an avid reader life-long student, and travel enthusiast!
My Path To Health: As a 20-year-old musician, naive in thinking athletes were the only ones at risk of losing college scholarships due to injury, I had developed carpal tunnel. The doctor gave two options; surgery or quit playing viola and find a new degree path.
I couldn’t fathom having a surgery at 20 for a condition I thought was reserved for the elderly. So, I lost my scholarship, stopped playing viola, still lost a year later I dropped out of college, and began taking prescription pain meds.
I eventually took the advice of my teacher who suggested trying massages for my pain. After months of regular massage, my swelling decreased, pain improved, my chronic migraines became less frequent and next thing I knew, I was on a healing journey that transformed my outlook on life.
